I recently got the opportunity to try out the Bamboo eau de parfum by Franck Olivier, an exclusive scent by designer fragrance retailer The Fragrance Outlet. This pink-colored, sweet floral scent is feminine and fresh, with hints of rose, blackcurrant, and cedar that blend together for a delightful scent. Details ahead!

The Fragrance Outlet is one of the biggest fragrance retailers across the nation, selling genuine perfume and colognes from a wide range of designer brands. Since its launch in 1990, it has opened over 100 stores across the US along with its all-inclusive online shopping platform.

The website is easy to browse and contains a huge selection of products, including brands like Gucci, Givenchy, Dior, Prada and more. Fragrance Outlet also offers free shipping on all orders over $50, and many products are on sale with big discounts too.

I had the chance to review the Bamboo eau de parfum by Franck Olivier. Ordering from the site is simple; you browse for your selection, add items to your cart, and checkout with their secure platform. Shipping was really fast, and the product was packaged carefully in a box.

The perfume itself came in another white box with a navy blue bow on it, along with a $5 Fragrance Outlet coupon and a pack of small sample-size fragrance sprays. I really love the packaging, and the idea of including samples is wonderful, since it lets you easily and conveniently try out new fragrances.

Bamboo women's perfume by Franck Olivier is a Fragrance Outlet exclusive, launched in 2012. Taking inspiration from the bamboo plant, it features a minimalistic clear glass design with a bamboo stem encasing a light pink liquid, finished with smooth silver sides.

The fragrance draws notes from blackcurrant, violet leaves, lily, rose, cedar, and other components, giving it a sweet and fresh scent. It has a lovely scent that isn't too strong, with floral hints and a light, airy touch. It lasts for a good six or seven hours, and I really like the scent.

  1. Since the bamboo was released by Frank Oliver, I always wanted to collect this on my shelves. I searched it on my local store named Buy Perfume in Bangladesh 2 months ago but couldn't find there. Hope they will collect next time.
