I'm the kind of person who loves to try out different health supplements and vitamins, and I've noticed that omega-3, whether in the form of krill oil, fish oil, or fish-shaped children's gummies, has been a hot product lately. I was recently given the chance to receive a box of 100% pure Vegan Omega-3 from Nature's Science, which I'll be talking about in this post.

Today I'm reviewing Nature's Science's Vegan Omega-3, a fish-free omega-oil supplement.
This supplement is made by Nature's Science, a company that promises to use pure, premium, natural ingredients in all of its products to ensure quality and efficiency. They have a variety of different products, including weight loss products, health supplements, and functional oils such as their Vegan Omega-3.

Behold: my army of minions! |
This 100% pure vegan product doesn't have the fishy aftertaste of regular omega-oil products, and also has no mercury risk. It comes in a box with 84 vegetarian softgels.
Nature's Science suggests that you take two servings per day, with two softgels per serving, adding up to four softgels a day. The 84-piece pack lasts for 21 days.

Now, hypothetically, you might be thinking: Great, great, now she's saying all this gibberish. What's the point of taking Omega-3 supplements anyway?
Well, I am glad that you (hypothetically) asked that question, because I was thinking the same thing!
From the description on the box and the information in the flyer that was included in my package, here's what I've learned about the helpful effects of omega-3 fatty acids:
-As Nature's Science puts it, omega-3 "contributes to a healthy heart." It's been shown to help prevent heart disease by lowering you bad cholesterol while increasing the good cholesterol.
-DHA and EPA are found in your body cells, and they help to break down cholesterol, regulate your blood pressure, and maintain your brain as well as your nervous system.
Traditionally, fish oil has been the main source of omega-3 fatty acid supplements, but fish oil has the tendency to leave a fishy odor, and some fish carry the risk of mercury poisoning. This Vegan Omega-3, however, doesn't have those drawbacks!

Even the minions love their omega-3! |

I've been taking these Vegan Omega-3 supplements from Nature's Science for a few days now. There's definitely no fishy aftertaste, and they're easy to digest. I'm in no position to talk about the effects yet, but I don't see a downside to these. They're all-natural, vegan-friendly, and promised to be 100% authentic. You can find these, along with other Nature's Science supplements, at drugstores near you, for around $14 a box.
