It's been a long while since my last circle lens review, but today I'm back with the EOS Ice Gray lenses from PinkyParadise! These lenses are said to combine dazzling color with natural enlargement to give you big, ulzzang-like icy blue-gray eyes. Do they live up to expectations? Keep reading to find out!
After looking through a huge selection of lenses from PinkyParadise, one of the biggest online circle lens retailers, I picked the EOS Ice Gray lenses. There were so many different patterns and styles of gray lenses to choose from, but the EOS lenses stood out because of how light and "icy" the color was.
The representative at PinkyParadise informed me that it would take 14-25 working days for my shipment to arrive, but I was delighted to find the package in my mailbox after just 6 days!
The package was placed into a paper envelope, which was then put in a plastic bag for extra safety. Inside the envelope were the circle lenses (in glass vials, wrapped with foam), the complimentary macaron lens case, and a free pack of hair velcro cloths.

Here are some photos of what the EOS Ice Gray lenses from PinkyParadise look like when worn. First, a comparison between my regular eyes (without lenses) and my eyes once I put the contacts in:

From top to bottom: both eyes without lenses, one eye with lens and one without, both eyes with lenses. |
I wanted the EOS Ice Gray circle lenses mainly for the color, but when I put them in, I found that they have a stunning amount of enlargement as well!
I wore the lenses with Bobbi Brown's black gel eyeliner, K-Palette's Real Lasting Tears Tank teardrop liner, Wet n' Wild's MegaPlump mascara, and some Estee Lauder eyeshadow. I've noticed that the EOS Ice Grey lenses give off a very ulzzang-esque vibe, so I played on that with some simple, cute, eye-enhancing makeup.

The Review
Comfort: 5/5
★★★★★
I hardly ever wear circle lenses because I'm rather lazy, so my eyes still aren't quite used to wearing lenses, and it stings for the first few minutes. Putting that aside, the EOS Ice Gray lenses are super comfortable. They're 14.8 mm in diameter, but comfort-wise, they feel just like the 14.0 mm lenses that I've previously reviewed. I wore these for hours, but I couldn't even feel them there!

Enlargement: 5/5
★★★★★
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the EOS Ice Gray circle lenses give such a nice enlarging effect! The lenses are a lot bigger than my natural pupil, but the thin limbal ring and soft blending of the colors makes the enlargement look pretty natural. What I especially love about these is that they can give off the doe-eyed look without being overpowering, and they look great even with lighter eye makeup.

Color: 4/5
★★★★☆
Although I'm giving these EOS Ice Gray lenses a 4/5 for color, I actually really, really love the color. I'm taking a star away because the color isn't as light and vibrant as it is on the model photos: I took most of these photos in bright window lighting, where you can see the icy gray effect, but in regular lighting, however, it appears more like a medium gray. Personally, I love how these lenses look both in bright light and dimmer light, and they blend very well with brown eyes!
Overall: 5/5
★★★★★
The EOS Ice Gray circle lenses are my third pair of circle lenses from PinkyParadise, and I have to say that they've won the spot as my favorite lenses! The combination of stunning color, beautiful enlargement, and impressive comfort really makes these lenses perfect. If you're looking for natural-looking enlargement with a touch of dazzling color, I'd recommend these lenses. The EOS Ice series also offers colors like pink, green, brown, blue, violet, so check them out if you're interested!
Lastly, here are some (almost) full-face photos of me wearing the EOS Ice Gray lenses!
